Associate Agreement

ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT

1. EXCLUSIVE LISTING AGREEMENT: This Agreement establishes an exclusive right to sell properties of KUA Homes. KUA Homes agrees to grant the Associate the sole and exclusive right to represent them in the sale of our properties.

2. COMMISSION: Basic commission starts at 12% and a 3% Upliner commission fee.

- 10%commission and 2% upliner commission on promo/incentive deals.

- For payment plans, 40% down payment must be made before upliner commission is processed.

Please note: For negotiated deals, your commission will be a flat rate of 10% and 2%

Upliner fee. Any negotiation above 10% of company price no Upliner commission will be paid.

3. PAYMENT: All payments MUST be made into designated account(s) of KUA Homes and no mark up of any kind is allowed to be made by an associate.
